Nereus Program Fellow Robert Blasiak will be attending the XVI Biennial IASC Conference on ‘Practicing the commons: Self-governance, cooperation, and institutional change.’ The conference will take place in the heart of Utrecht from July 10 to 14, 2017.

At the Utrecht Center for the Arts (UCK-Domplein), Blasiak will be presenting at the ‘Polycentricity and its Legal Implementations’ Session from 9:00am to 10:30am on Friday July 14. Blasiak’s talk, titled ‘ Global negotiations regarding the management of biodiversity beyond national jurisdiction: The emergence of polycentric order?’, will be given in room 1.14 on the first floor of the venue.
