From the 4th to 6th of May, 2017, Nereus Program fellow Daniel Dunn will be attending the CMS Science Council Workshop on Connectivity in Venice.

As an environmental treaty under the the United Nations Environment Programme umbrella, the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) provides a global platform for the conservation and sustainable use of migratory animals and their habitats. Generally, the CMS acts as a framework Convention whose agreements range from legally binding treaties to less formal agreements across the board.
