The Impacts World 2017 Conference, intended to address climate-change impacts by bringing together relevant scientists & stakeholders, will take place from October 11 to 13, 2017, at the Kongresshotel Potsdam in Potsdam, Germany.

On Wednesday October 11 at 11:00am, a session on “The state of the art in climate-impacts research” will take place in the Conference Hall, where Nereus Program Director of Science William Cheung will be speaking out on the ‘Future sustainability of seafood production under climate change.’

On Friday October 13 at 11:00am, Nereus Program Research Associate Tyler Eddy will be hosting a workshop on ‘Land and sea interfaces of the SDGs,’ which will create discussion regarding how sectors on land interact with the marine environment in the context of sustainable development.
