Congratulations are in order for Nereus Program director of science William Cheung, who was recently announced as a recipient of the UBC Killam Research Fellowship for outstanding faculty research.

Per the website, “winners were selected by UBC’s Faculty Research Award Committee, which spans arts and humanities, business, applied science, science, and medicine.”

There will be an awards reception to recognize the UBC faculty members who received the award, to be held on April 15, 2020 at the Jack Poole Hall of the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre.
